Not available yet. The plugin and the setup script ship with version 1.0. This page describes how they will work.

Claude Code: the plugin

It adds the commands /markko, /markko on, /markko off, /markko status and /markko comments.

Cursor and Windsurf: the setup command

# see every change first

# remove everything again
curl -fsSL https://markko.app/setup | bash -s -- --uninstall

• It adds one hook per tool that runs open -a Markko on the file the assistant wrote.
• It never uses sudo and changes only files in your home folder.
• It saves a dated backup of each file before a change.
• --dry-run shows the changes and makes none. --uninstall removes all of them.
