URL scheme
Anything that can open a URL can open a Markdown file in Markko.

- The host is
open, the file goes in thepathparameter. - Use an absolute path.
- Percent-encode spaces as
%20. - A URL with another host or without
pathis ignored. - Markko only opens the file. It never changes it.
